4 weeks packed in! We have delivered so many amazing Taekwondo and Kickboxing sessions to members!
On top of that, Coach Andy also records Nunchakus and Tricks video which we do not normally teach in the classes to all members. It is a great experience for all.
The lockdown has been extended for another 3 weeks, We have great confidence to get all involved and keep the energy up in the regular live training session!
