It was 2 and a half hours long. But all the members have put their best into it especially for all the 7 black belt members.
During the grading, our members need to show their discipline, skills, practical sparring, fitness challenge, and board breaking. Congratulation to all member who passed their grade during last weekend.
A big well done to 3 of our newest black belt. You are all well deserved!
