After the first really successful and fun air track seminar, Coach Andy is going to do 2nd air track seminar on 22nd August from 13:30 to 15:00

The seminar will cover front roll, hand stand, front hand sprint, back roll, back hand sprint and back flip.

Half Term Taekwondo Poomsae Seminar Plymouth-1^st June

Masters Taekwondo is holding a free poomsae seminar for any WTF Taekwondo participator.

It will be two and half hours Seminar from 13:00 to 15:00, and will be split into two levels.

First Hour(13:00-14:00) is open to any belt. And Coach will focus on Poomsae 1-4

Second Hour(14:00 to 15:30 will be Poomsae 5-8 , Koryo and Keumgang.

And seminar will be totally free.

The course will be taught by British Extreme weapon champion Andy Wu from Thursday 11th May 2017

It will be on every Thursday 17:00 to 18:00.

The course is open to all levels, ages 8 above. It includes:

6 * 1 hours training every week (worth £60)
2 * half hour Private ( worth £60)
And a free T-shirt ( £12)
